We don't need to tell you how debilitating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) can be, but maybe by working together we can use shared experiences to help, guide and support each other along the journey of recovery.

This is the place for parents, partners, friends and carers of OCD sufferers to discuss and offer mutual support and understanding to each other.

A space for sharing resources discussed in OCD-UK's online support groups and for the support group community to continue conversations between groups as well as have non-OCD related conversations.  

A place to seek help and support from your forums friends for non-OCD related matters.

A place to express yourself or the OCD through creativity. 

For many of us, initial awareness of our illness came through coverage of OCD in the media. This forums provides you with the opportunity to provide constructive feedback on media coverage of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.

The early days of OCD-UK were predominately led by our small but active online forum community who helped shape the charity, including the name and colour/branding and some forum users become volunteers/trustees to help shape the direction of the charity's work. We have grown a lot since those days, and this forum is to encourage our existing forum community to feel part of the charity by suggesting ideas for projects, fundraising, volunteer opportunities. 

This forum is restricted to OCD-UK members only to discuss any OCD or OCD-UK subject with other OCD-UK members only. You will also find details of charity news and details of the upcoming local social events.

This is the place to post all your other non OCD related discussions, just the sort of conversations that are best left to be shared with your friends.... see what we did there?!!

This is the place to post all your reviews (Books, TV, Shows) and an opportunity to discuss your favourite celeb or television series from the soaps to Strictly (remember, no TV spoilers though!).
